This site has been designed and built to raise the profile of the area, including local businesses. It's designed to be a useful place for both visitors and local residents to find details of companies and organisations that can help them, whether they are looking for holiday activities, local services or general information.
The site is run by me (John. Hello!) entirely as a voluntary activity between the web developer jobs I do at my company Pearson Treehouse Web Development. If and as it takes off and starts being used, it would be really helpful to get some help. I really want to make the site bi-lingual in both Welsh and English, but I am an English speaker only. I am always on the lookout for any local volunteers who might be interested in helping. As well as helping the local community, I would be happy to teach you more about website development (my company is 25 years old, so I've been doing it a while).
